Digital downloads are available for you to print, customize and distribute to your student-athletes, coaches and others as you see fit.
Social media graphics templates for student-athletes
Templates are available for nominating communications professionals to use in promoting their student-athletes as All-District and/or All-America selections. They can also be shared directly with student-athletes so they can promote their achievements on their social media platforms. A free Canva account is required to use these templates.
Physical Awards
Academic All-America® Selections
One acrylic plaque will be produced by CSC for each first-, second- and third-team selection. These awards will be shipped directly to nominating communications professionals by awards vendor Levy Recognition.
Academic All-America® Team Member of the Year Selections
One crystal award will be produced for each sport-specific selection. This award will be shipped directly to nominating communications professionals by awards vendor Levy Recognition. These award winners are announced in conjunction with the Academic All-America teams.
Overall Academic All-America of the Year® Selections
One crystal award will be produced for the four individuals selected as the overall Academic All-Americas of the Year (one each from NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA). This award will be shipped directly to nominating communications professionals by awards vendor Levy Recognition. These award winners are announced at the conclusion of the awards season, typically in July.
Replicas: If your institution wants to purchase additional awards for past or present award winners, contact
Barb Kowal (
barb@cscommunicators.com). Production will be through Levy Recognition. Costs for producing and shipping additional awards will be the responsibility of the institution. It is not guaranteed that replica awards will match the year the originals were distributed. Estimated costs per award are below and do not include shipping and handling costs.

REMINDER: Proper Naming
Academic All-America® should only be used in reference to student-athletes who make one of the national teams. Refrain from using any variations from these standards when publicizing these awards. It is also appropriate to use Academic All-American in your announcements.
The following are examples of proper naming conventions:
- Academic All-District®
- First Team Academic All-America®
- Second Team Academic All-America®
- Third Team Academic All-America®
- Academic All-America® of the Year (winners in each sport and division)
- Academic All-America® Team Member of the Year (1 overall winner in each NCAA and NAIA division across all sports)
Replacements or Replica Awards
Errors or Breakage: If your award arrives with an error in the information printed or is broken, please contact

barb@cscommunicators.com). Depending on the issue, costs for reproducing the award will be the responsibility of the vendor, CSC or the institution.
Shipping Errors: If you received an award meant for a student-athlete at another institution, please make arrangements with that institution to ship it to their nominating professional. Submit costs for the shipping to
