Ali Becker, MS-LOD

The 2026–27 academic year marks Ali (Wilson) Becker’s fifth year with the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C). She joined the conference office in 2022 as Sport Administration Assistant, became Assistant Commissioner in 2024, and was promoted to Associate Commissioner in summer 2026.

As Associate Commissioner, Wilson oversees communications, awards, and promotional initiatives while supporting the administration of the conference’s 23 championship sports. She has helped lead NCAA postseason events hosted by the conference, including the 2023 NCAA Division III Baseball Championship, 2024 NCAA Division III Lower Midwest Wrestling Regional, and 2026 NCAA Division III Men’s Wrestling Championship. She will serve as Media Director for the 2027 NCAA Division III Women’s Basketball Final Four.

Wilson serves on the NCAA Division III Women’s Golf Committee and will become chair in August 2026. She previously served on the NCAA Division III 50th Anniversary Committee and as a D3SIDA Conference Liaison through College Sport Communicators. She also serves as Secretary of the Division III Assistant Commissioner Group and was a recipient of the Jan R. Gentry Memorial Endowed Scholarship.

A native of Illinois, Wilson earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Lakeland University in 2021. A four-year member of the women’s golf team, she earned NACC medalist honors in 2019 and helped lead Lakeland to a conference championship in 2021. She was named the 2021 NACC Female Student-Athlete of the Year and nominated for NCAA Woman of the Year.

Wilson previously coached women’s golf at Mount Mercy University and worked in collegiate sports information and golf operations. She and her husband, Shane, and their dog, Pudge, reside in Gilbertville, Iowa.
