If any dispute arises between you, an Advertiser and/or us, or any combination thereof, as it relates to CollegeSportsCommunicators.com and these Terms, such dispute shall be submitted and settled in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Johnson County, Kansas and the decision of a single arbitrator shall be final and binding.
