About the Executive Board of Directors: CSC leadership framework was updated following membership approval in June 2020, of Constitutional amendments to modernize the association’s governance structure. The approach features three levels of leadership that includes seven divisional cabinets (NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, Two-Year Colleges, Canadian Institutions and Past Presidents) with one designated leader from those groups forming the Advisory Council. The top level of governance is the Executive Board of Directors and includes the President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, 3rd Vice President, an At-Large Representative, a College Division Representative, the immediate Past President, and Secretary. The national staff serves as ex-officio members of the executive board. Monthly Executive Board of Directors virtual conferences take place throughout the year. The officers annually meet with national staff at the NCAA Convention in January and all Executive Board members meet at the annual convention.
