University/College Membership
This membership is a company based membership for every person employed by a university or college. In our new platform, the membership is assigned to the school and you purchase the number of "seats" you need for your staff — whether that is one person or many.
All institutions are encouraged to be All-In by including ALL your communications and creative staff, students, GAs, interns, senior staff and others. The All-In amount is the total possible you will pay to have unlimited members included. This means discounts to individuals signing up under an existing school will be applied automatically once the All-In Group Rate has been met by the member school.
The Early Bird rates indicate the cost up until September 30. The Regular rates will go into effect October 1. If you purchase a seat in the Early Bird period and then want to add seats during the Regular period, the higher rates will be charged for the additional seats. It is best to select the total number of seats you think you will need for the year during your initial purchase during the Early Bird period.
All individuals part of a University/College Membership have full membership benefits including nominating and voting for Academic All-America, except Canadian members. Beginning in 2026-27, Canadian members pay a reduced rate and no longer participate in the Academic All-America program.
