General Information and Pricing

Please Note: deadline to register is June 1, 2010

• Exhibit Booth Space (8 X 10)- $850
• Double Exhibit Booth Space (16 x 20- $1650
• Premium Exhibit Booth Space Location (Limited, first-come basis. Some spots reserved for CoSIDA’s top level sponsors )
  • $1300 (8 x 10) or
  • $2500 (double booth)
• $150 of exhibitor booth fee is earmarked for “CoSIDA hosted reception” held in exhibitors area on June 23rd- beer/wine/snacks.
• Convention Registration Fee – Purchased for an addition $150 per person (includes access to all sessions, luncheons and social events. If not purchased, you will not be able to attend CoSIDA sponsored luncheons, social events and other sessions)
• Exhibitors will be provided the following benefits for their booth fee:
  • A “CoSIDA Hosted Reception”, held in the exhibitor hall area on Sunday, July 4 (from noon-1:30 p.m.) that is open to all attendees
  • Fee includes CoSIDA providing pipe and draping, table and chairs for appropriate booth
  • CoSIDA will provide appropriate security for the exhibitor area
  • Eligible to receive the special hotel night rate that has been negotiated for the convention.
  • Listed in the official convention program that will be provided to all attendees
  • Listed in the official convention registration badge program
  • Listed on a signage board that will appear at the entrance of the exhibitors area
  • Be listed as part of a blast email that will be sent to over 2,400 CoSIDA members prior to the convention that will announce the 2010 exhibitors
  • Listed in CoSIDA’s annual report, published in August/September, which is sent to all 2,400 organization members
  • Included on CoSIDA’s online directory that lists all exhibitors from the 2009 convention. As part of that directory listing, each exhibitor will have its website listed and a visitor to the CoSIDA site can link directly to the exhibitor site.
  • Included in CoSIDA’s E-Directory that is emailed out, three times per year, to all CoSIDA members as well as media representatives throughout the nation
