For Prospective Corporate Partners and #CoSIDA 21 Virtual Exhibitors

Are you and your company interested in connecting with college athletics communications professionals? The annual CoSIDA Convention is going virtual again this summer from June 7-10. We invite you to consider joining us and making your products and services available to our nearly 3,000 members.

CoSIDA has partnered with Cvent to launch a new attendee hub for our virtual event, with all education sessions, awards ceremonies and exhibitors in one user-friendly location. The cost of a virtual exhibit booth is only $750 and will also qualify you as a CoSIDA Tier III corporate partner for the 2021-22 membership year.

If you’ve debated whether to exhibit in the past, this is a great opportunity to connect with our members at a low price and without the added logistics of an in-person convention. If you ready to sign up, please fill out the 2021 CoSIDA Convention Exhibitor Registration Form by May 21 and note payment details.

Once you are signed up and paid, you will soon receive an invitation to set up your exhibit hall ‘booth’. You can provide an organization description and upload videos, documents, spreadsheets, and sales information, along with staff contact information.

In addition, you will have access to Zoom meeting rooms to connect with attendees during the convention, much like you would in a live exhibit hall setting. The exhibit hall will be ‘open’ throughout the four days of the convention but you can specify when you’ll be available for online meetings with attendees.
