Any information related to air travel, ground transportation, parking or any other discounts will be posted here if they become available.
Airfare discounts
Through CSC's partnership with NACDA, discounted airfare through United Airlines to Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is available for the 2024 NACDA and Affiliates Convention Week.
In order to receive the discounted rate, please see the information below:
- Visit http://www.united.com/meetingtravel
- In the "Promotions and Certificates" box, enter the code: ZPCF930888 or call (800) 426-1122 for booking assistance. All booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations.
- The discount will be applied at checkout. The discounted rate will be available between the travel dates of J******une 5-17, 2024
On-site parking
MGM Resorts International Parking
If you are a registered hotel guest, your 24-hour parking fee provides you with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations within the same 24 hour period. Use your room key to access all parking facilities until 11:59 p.m. on the day of check out. For Nevada residents: receive first 3 hours of Self-Park at no charge, except during special events, with valid NV driver license and are subject to Self-Park rates thereafter.

Note: There are NO complimentary shuttles available. Taxi or ride share are the best options to travel between the airport and the Mandalay Bay.

Las Vegas Aviators Baseball
Las Vegas Aviators Baseball CSCUnite24 attendees can purchase group-rate box seats for the Las Vegas Aviators' game against the Salt Lake Bees on Wednesday, June 12, at 7:05 pm PDT, at Las Vegas Ballpark. The ballpark is approximately 20-25 minutes from the Mandalay Bay Resort. Transportation is not provided. Play ball!

Foodservice events that are included with CSC Convention registration include:
- Sunday, June 9 - 5-7 PM - CSC Welcome Reception, in the CSC Exhibit Hall
- Monday, June 10 - 5-7:15 PM - CSC All-Star Night of Honors, presented by ESPN
- Tuesday, June 11 - 5-8 PM - CSC Night in the NACDA Exhibit Hall
- Wednesday, June 12 - 10:30 AM - 12:15 PM - CSC Special Awards Luncheon
In addition, NACDA's Shoreline Concession Stand will be open during the day all four days of the convention with snacks and beverages available for purchase, plus lunch options on Monday. Hours of operation are:

- Monday, June 10 - 8 AM - 4 PM (Pacific), including lunch options mid-day
- Tuesday, June 11 - 8 AM - 4 PM (Pacific)
