For the third year, this day-long specialized programming leads off the 2018 CoSIDA Convention and will bring together senior-level administrators in sports communications, athletic directors and executives who have impacted college sports for panel discussions and networking opportunities.

There are no special parking rates for the NACDA & Affiliates and CoSIDA conventions.

2018 CoSIDA/NACDA 5K Fun Run/Walk
Friday, June 29; 7:00-8:00 AM, Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center
5K Cost: $20 preregistration; those who registered by June 4 are guaranteed a special race shirt for participating; prizes again will be awarded for winners.
Start/Finish Line: 150 National Plaza by the Peeps and Company (in the direction of the ferris wheel)

The NAIA-SIDA Board is excited to announce the schedule for our annual Divisional Day within the CoSIDA Convention. It's our goal each year to provide you the opportunity to grow as a professional through networking and panels that help us learn how to do our jobs better on our campuses. Over the past few years we have learned that charging our membership an extra fee to attend the NAIA-SIDA Workshop has created some concern and we wanted to make sure you knew where those funds were going.

Complete this form if you're attending the 2018 CoSIDA Convention and wish to be placed on the wait-list for rooms at the Gaylord National Resort & Conference Center. There is no guarantee that additional rooms will be made available at the Gaylord so you are encouraged to make alternative housing arrangements if you have not already done so. Each room needed will require a separate form to be completed.

NOTE: If you are on the waitlist for the Gaylord National, you are strongly encouraged to make a reservation at one of the overflow properties. Any changes to the waitlist will be granted beginning in April, up until Convention. If you are accommodated from the waitlist, it is your responsibility to cancel your reservation at the overflow property.
CoSIDA's block of rooms at the Gaylord National will be available at the group rate of $199/night plus taxes. This group convention rate will only be available through our group block link that will be available during registration. Do NOT register through marriott.com or the hotel home page or you won't be able to get the CoSIDA group block rate.
