Becky Griesmer

Becky Griesmer joined CSC as Director of Operations & Professional Development in August 2025 and leads the strategy, design and delivery of all year-round and CSC Unite Convention educational programming. She also plays an active role in cultivating partnerships, supporting membership engagement initiatives and driving impactful experiences for CSC’s growing membership.

Griesmer previously spent nine and a half years with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, most recently as Programming and Event Manager. During her time at GCSC, she oversaw the planning, execution and enhancement of community initiatives connected to major events including the 2019 MLB All-Star Game, 2021 NFL Draft, NBA All-Star 2022, 2024 NCAA Women’s Final Four and numerous NCAA championships and events for various National Governing Bodies. She also led the hiring, onboarding, training and development of volunteers, interns and Associate Board members who supported the organization's operational success.

A cum laude graduate of Xavier University, Griesmer earned her degree in Sport Management with minors in Business, Communication Arts and Gender & Diversity Studies.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, she also works as an event contractor and contributes to her local community through board service with Cleveland Sports Professionals and the local chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE). She previously spent five years as head coach and director of social media and communications for multiple USA Volleyball-affiliated junior clubs.
