For the first time at a CoSIDA convention, families can sign up and pre-pay for excellent off-site events for all ages.
The new CoSIDA Family Committee has put together group packages for our first year in Orlando. These packages include shopping, dinners at popular Downtown Disney restaurants, and the always exciting Character Breakfast. Each package includes round trip bus transportation to and from the site.
Friday, June 14
Friday evening, four different restaurants for different tastes have reservations for our groups. Each restaurant is located at Downtown Disney, so the cost of each package is excellent considering you don’t have to rent a car or take cabs to and from these locations with our convenient bus transportation.

- Rainforest Café is THE Place to Be for kids and features a tropical jungle-themed family restaurant with animated animals, simulated rain and a gift shop. Saturday, June 15
Saturday, you’ll definitely want the kids to meet Mickey, Minnie and the gang at the Character Breakfast at Chef Mickey’s. No trip to Orlando is complete without meeting the magical stars, and with this event, you do not have to purchase a park admission to attend this amazing buffet while getting up close and memorable photo opportunities with Disney’s best known celebrities.
Each restaurant features three courses in the packages. Prices listed include all applicable service charges, taxes and credit card fees. Event charges are non-refundable.

Family Committee Room at the Marriott World Center
Individuals must visit the Family Committee Room during the week to check in prior to the events. Bus departure location and information for all events will be provided during the week.
The Family Committee Room will be the KEY WEST ROOM from Wednesday, June 12 at 11:00 a.m. to Saturday, June 15 at 5:00 p.m.

Also, for families with children in school in June, a special Family Committee Registration is available, which allows access to the convention on Friday and Saturday, includes admittance to the ESPN Farewell Party, and also allows access to sign up for Family Committee events.
