Carly Vadinsky

I serve as the Director of Athletic Communications at William Peace University, where I oversee communications and creative coverage for all 18 varsity programs. I was promoted to the role in January 2025 after joining the Pacers as Athletic Communications Assistant in January 2024.

In my role, I manage all areas of athletic communications, including live statistics, livestreaming, website content, social media, photography, video, graphic design, feature writing, media days, record keeping, award nominations and postseason reporting. I also launched the William Peace Athletic Communications Internship Program in 2025 to provide students with hands-on experience in sports media, broadcasting, creative content, statistics and game-day operations.

I graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. During my time at Ramapo, I was a four-year member and two-year captain of the softball team and was part of the 2017 team that won an NCAA Regional Championship.
