(Full Board Call)

I. President Tammy Boclair (Vanderbilt) discussed possible options for guest speakers for the 2004 Convention in Calgary.

II. The Vice Presidents gave brief updates on their respective areas for the 2004 Convention. Third Vice President Doug Dull (Maryland) said information and nomination forms for the 2004 CoSIDA Awards would be ready for the February Digest and to put on-line on the website.

III. Director of On-line Services Maxey Parrish (Waco, Texas) said he was getting ready begin including photos on the CoSIDA website and was working with ICS on the project.

IV. Director of Marketing Ed Carpenter (Boston University) gave the board an update on the heart surgery that former CoSIDA President Howie Davis had undergone.

V. Carpenter gave an update on the search for an Academic All-America program sponsor.

VI. Under old business, At-Large Representative Judy Willson (Sun Belt Conference) moved to take a vote on the Academic All-America Hall of Fame Dinner off the table. Seconded and passed. After discussion, there was a vote to accept an offer for hosting the Hall of Fame dinner that would include CoSIDA covering the cost of approximately $21,955. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
