CoSIDA Publications and Digital Design Contests
CoSIDA sponsors a variety of media guide/publication and digital design contests and an annual writing contest for its members, with every CoSIDA member at every level having the opportunity to receive recognition for his/her work. It is no small honor to earn an award since the judging is done by news media/communications professionals who utilize those publications in their work. There are new contests and a contest name change for 2015-16 to emphasize the digital platforms and digital/graphic design work by CoSIDA members.
The 2015-16 entry forms, contest guidelines, contest coordinator information are below. Please note that only current 2015-16 dues-paying members of CoSIDA may enter any of these contests.
Entries & Deadlines
The committee accepts both hard copies and PDF copies of the entries. There will be a FRIDAY, January 17, 2016 submission/collection deadline for fall sports and basketball related contests, and a MONDAY, March 29, 2016collection deadline for the remainder of the winter/spring sports categories.

National Recruiting Compliance Guidelines
Those who enter the Publications and Digital Design Contest entries are required to understand how the publications fit within NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, CIS compliance and recruiting guidelines. Each publication entry MUST be compliant under the rules of the governing organization of the school that is entering the contest.
