The CoSIDA leadership looks forward to welcoming everyone to Dallas in a few days for our #CoSIDA16 Convention! Before you go ... here are some reminders:

GENERAL REMINDERS

  NACDA/CoSIDA have partnered with SuperShuttle for a special convention rate of $14 (from Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport) and $12 (from Dallas Love Field) per person, per direction.

• How to dress for the Convention?
  All conventon panels, meetings, sessions (Sunday-Wednesday, June 12-15) / Academic All-America® Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony / Welcome Kicko? Reception / CBS Statcrew Party/ Hall of Fame Luncheon / NACDA Exhibit Hall Reception/ NACWAA-CoSIDA Reception/Special Awards Luncheon):
  Business casual dress (no shorts, hats/ caps or flip-flops for either men or women). Example: slacks and polo shirts for men, dress capris, skirts and pants for women. Tie optonal for men.
  NOTE: All receptions, luncheons, dinners and panels are for registered attendees or ticketed guests only. Y**ou must wear your registration badge to all events. NO EXCEPTIONS.**
• Wifi access
  There will be FREE WIFI for all CoSIDA & NACDA & Affiliate attendees in the CONVENTION HALL ONLY, provided courtesy of CoSIDA and NACDA. In your Hilton Anatole sleeping rooms, in order to access FREE wifi, you need to sign up to be a Hilton Honors member for no charge.

• Convention Sessions & Panels: Access Downloads/Powerpoints/Handouts in our CoSIDA Connect Online Community
  Starting on Wednesday, June 8, you will be able to go into your member-only CoSIDA Connect account and access handouts/downloads/powerpoints/PDFs that #CoSIDA16 presenters and panelists are sending in prior to the convention. Again, you MUST be a current CoSIDA member and have accessed your CoSIDA Connect account in order to gain access to these continuing education/convention materials.

• Convention Attendees: Download the #CoSIDA16 Mobile App
  EVERY REGISTRANT for the 2016 CoSIDA Convention is receiving an email with information about downloading the convention mobile app. If you have not received an email today (Monday, June 6), please check your spam filters.
  The email is entitled: CoSIDA Convention Mobile App - Download/login before heading to Dallas
  Again, ONLY CONVENTION REGISTRANTS will receive this email. If you are planning on on-site registration, you'll receive your mobile app unique ID when you register.
  We encourage you to download our app, provided by Sports Systems, on iTunes or Android. Please note that CoSIDA IS NOT providing printed pocket schedules this year, so all the information you need is available on this app.
  Information includes complete schedules, contact information, detailed event information, corporate partner/exhibitor information and room layouts (and listing) and hotel meeting room directions/maps. By downloading the app, you will also receive push notifications as needed for schedule changes, alerts, etc.
• Please note: If you have downloaded the PressPass app before (bowl game, NCAA Tournament), then you do not need to re-download the app. Just log out of the app (if you have not already) and input the revised credentials below. Registrants: When you get the email, follow these quick steps to download:
• Click the appropriate link below from your mobile device to arrive at the "PressPass Mobile" App
• Apple App Store | Android Market
• Download the "PressPass Mobile" App. If you would like mobile notifications sent to you (recommended), you must indicate as such during the download process or after the first time you login.
• Once on the login screen, you will enter and see your email address you used in the registration process and you will have a unique user ID number which allow you to log into the app.
