With the new year comes the opportunity of new beginnings. While many often set what are infamously know as New Year’s Resolutions and head fast and furious toward those goals, with time, those resolutions tend to get lost in the hustle and bustle of life and work and family and friends.
The College Sports Communicators Goodwill and Wellness Committee would like to get 2023 started by challenging our members! We would like you to join us in a 30-day Challenge to kick off the new year – the topic of the challenge is your choice.
During the month of January, we invite you to challenge yourself to complete 30 days of an activity – any activity that promotes your health and well-being. From health and exercise to writing and self-care, pick a topic that speaks to you. Challenge yourself. Check out some options for your 30-Day Challenge here or feel free to create your own challenge.
If you are interested on joining, please fill out this Google Form. We will be organizing participants into groups so you can cheer each other on during the challenge.
After January, the committee will select a challenge topic for each month of the year. After kicking off January 2023 strong with 30 days, we’ll ask participants to complete 15 days of challenge activities each month (14 during the month of February).
