For the 15th consecutive year, COSIDA has worked out an agreement with Stone Travel Agency in Ithaca, N.Y., to help members receive a price break for the trip to the workshop in Calgary.
In addition, anyone who purchases a ticket through Stone Travel will again be eligible for a trip drawing of a free roundtrip ticket anywhere in the continental United States. The drawing will take place during the business meeting at the Workshop.
Stone Travel has negotiated contracts with American Airlines and Northwest Airlines for your flights to Calgary. Today, you can get a 10 percent discount off the lowest published price. This is a non-refundable ticket, and there are a limited number of tickets at these low, low prices. Plan ahead and take advantage of the expertise of the travel counselors at Stone Travel.
Special zone fares have also been arranged this year, giving you the option of booking up to one week before the workshop. Although these zone fares do not have the discount of above, they allow you to book up to one week in advance with the option of canceling if necessary.
The special discount would be in effect from Thursday, June 24, before the workshop, through the end of the workshop; and in most cases, could extend through the weekend. Call Stone Travel to see which rate fits your needs and pocketbook.

Call Stone Travel Agency at its toll-free number: 1-800-954-7687 during the hours 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EDT. Identify yourself and that you will be traveling to the COSIDA workshop in Calgary. You must then reserve and purchase your tickets through Stone Travel to be eligible for the drawing. In years past, many people have called Stone Travel and asked to be included in its database in case an airfare sale takes place. Stone Travel would call you when the sale is on.
