2025-26 College Sports Communicators Membership Enrollment Information

Early bird enrollment period: August 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025 (LOWEST PRICING)

Regular rates begin: October 1, 2025

Membership for 2025-26 will expire July 31, 2026

Optional memberships are available for 2ySIDA ($25), NAIA-SIDA ($50) and EAST-COMM ($75) when purchasing CSC memberships. During purchase, select the check boxes to add these memberships to your order as desired. To purchase additional optional memberships, you can also click here.

To be a full active member with Academic All-America nominating and/or voting rights, you must be part of an All-In group membership or have an Individual membership. Advocate and Undergraduate Student membership types will not be able to participate in the AAA program. If you do not see the options you expect to see, your profile may need to be updated. Update your staff roster (include all communicators, creatives, GAs, student assistants, administrators and others)

To update your staff roster: Edit your staff roster by clicking the Organizations tab on the top navigation bar in your profile, followed by the blue Manage button next to your organization's name and then the Individuals tab. You can update or add to your staff directory any time throughout the year at no cost. If you are adding someone who may already have an account, check with the CSC staff first so as not to create a duplicate account. CSC staff will transfer that member to your institution.

If you need to purchase multiple Individual memberships, Each person will need to log into their own account to make the purchase. Multiple Individual memberships cannot be purchased in one transaction. If the same person is trying to log in to multiple accounts to purchase multiple Individual memberships you will need to log out between each purchase. Go to CSCommunicators.com/Logout to log out.

To download an invoice or receipt for an Individual membership: Log into your profile and click on the Purchases tab in the top navigation bar and then Recent Invoices or Recent Payments in the dashboard.

Note: Your profile in the CSC database stays with you even if you change employment. If you have changed organizations you do not need to create a new account/profile. Please log in to your existing account and make appropriate updates for your new position. In the case of a change of employment, your membership status would depend on your membership type and whether your new institution has an exisiting current All-In membership.

  • Renew your organization once at the beginning of the academic year. Add or remove staff throughout the year without any additional costs or invoices.
  • Include ALL communication and creative staff who help shape your brand including full communications staff, creative staff, student assistants, senior administrators, campus colleagues and others.

Understand your options before enrolling

  • All-In Memberships purchased by or reimbursed by an organization are the sole property of that organization.
  • Members who are designated as custodians for their respective organizations are the only people allowed to purchase All-In Memberships for universities/colleges and conferences.
  • Individual, Advocate and Undergraduate Student memberships can only be purchased through the individual's personal account.
  • Advocate and Undergraduate Student members are eligible for committee service; however, they may not hold a chair or vice chair position.
  • Undergraduate Student memberships do not require employment in the athletic communications office.

Need an invoice?

Whether an account custodian is purchasing an All-In group membership or any single person is purchasing an Individual, Advocate or Undergraduate membership, you can create your own order, select "Bill me" and access your invoice in your member profile. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Create your order, when it's time to enter payment, select "Bill me". You'll be emailed an Order Confirmation.

Step 2: Download your invoice through your profile.

For custodians (All-In memberships):

  • Click the Profile button at the top of the CSC website
  • Click the Organizations tab then the blue Manage button
  • Click the Purchases tab the Recent Invoices on the left menu

For Individuals

  • Click the Profile button at the top of the CSC website
  • Click the Purchases tab the Recent Invoices on the left menu

Academic All-America® Program Eligibility

  • All-In and Individual members are eligible to nominate and vote.
  • Conference members are eligible to vote.
  • Advocate members and Undergraduate Student member types are not eligible to nominate or vote. Note that students can be included in an All-In membership, and would receive the same Academic All-America nominating/voting eligibility as anyone else included in the All-In membership.

Don't work at a school or conference?

For those not working full time at school or conference, CSC offers an Advocate Membership and Undergraduate Student Membership. Students are eligible to be included in an institution's All-In membership. These student memberships are available for any undergraduate student not currently covered under the university/college membership for a specific institution.

Note that "Advocate" and stand-alone "Undergraduate Student" memberships are not eligible to participate in the Academic All-America® program. To nominate and/or vote, you must be part of an All-In group membership or have a full Individual membership.

2025-26 Advocate Membership (Individuals or Groups)

Cost: $120 for Individuals, $230 for All-In Groups
For anyone not employed by a collegiate school or conference, including but not limited to: National office staff members at NCAA, NJCAA, U Sports, CCAA, CCCAA, NWAC, NAIA; Staff at national governing bodies; High school sports communicators; Football bowl game employees; Job seeking professionals; Freelancers (SIDs/Digital/Social/Creative professionals included)

2025-26 Undergraduate Student Membership

Cost: $35/person For any undergraduate student not already included in an All-In membership.

In the table below, the first number is the early bird rates (lowest pricing) available Aug. 1 - Sept. 30. The second number is the regular rate effective Oct. 1.

The highlighted orange column below is the "All-In" membership option which includes unlimited memberships for individuals at schools and conferences. To nominate and vote in the Academic All-America® program, you must be either part of an "All-In Membership" or an "Individual". For those who don't fit into the "All-In" model, individual rates are available.
