2025-26 College Sports Communicators Membership Enrollment Information
Early bird enrollment period: August 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025 (LOWEST PRICING)
Regular rates begin: October 1, 2025
Membership for 2025-26 will expire July 31, 2026
Optional memberships are available for 2ySIDA ($25), NAIA-SIDA ($50) and EAST-COMM ($75) when purchasing CSC memberships. During purchase, select the check boxes to add these memberships to your order as desired. To purchase additional optional memberships, you can also click here.

To be a full active member with Academic All-America nominating and/or voting rights, you must be part of an All-In group membership or have an Individual membership. Advocate and Undergraduate Student membership types will not be able to participate in the AAA program. If you do not see the options you expect to see, your profile may need to be updated. 1. Log in with your email address used for your CSC profile (if not already logged in) or create a new account. DO NOT create a new account if you have an existing CSC account. 2. Select your membership type for your institution (University and College All-In OR Conference All-In) and click Add to Cart 3. Review and Check Out.
Update your staff roster (include all communicators, creatives, GAs, student assistants, administrators and others) To update your staff roster: Edit your staff roster by clicking the Organizations tab on the top navigation bar in your profile, followed by the blue Manage button next to your organization's name and then the Individuals tab. You can update or add to your staff directory any time throughout the year at no cost. If you are adding someone who may already have an account, check with the CSC staff first so as not to create a duplicate account. CSC staff will transfer that member to your institution. |

To download an invoice or receipt for an Individual membership: Log into your profile and click on the Purchases tab in the top navigation bar and then Recent Invoices or Recent Payments in the dashboard. Note: Your profile in the CSC database stays with you even if you change employment. If you have changed organizations you do not need to create a new account/profile. Please log in to your existing account and make appropriate updates for your new position. In the case of a change of employment, your membership status would depend on your membership type and whether your new institution has an exisiting current All-In membership. |
Important tips to remember during CSC membership purchases
- If you plan to purchase an All-In group membership, be sure you are the account custodian of the institution or conference office account beforehand. Only custodians have the ability to purchase a membership and edit staff on behalf of an organization. If you do not know your account custodian, contact beau@cscommunicators.com.
- If you are a custodian trying to add a new staff member and the system indicates that person has a duplicate account, DO NOT CREATE DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS. Contact beau@cscommunicators.com to have their affiliation transferred from a previous employer.
- If you are an individual with a recent membership and who has moved to a new employer, contact beau@cscommunicators.com to have your affiliation transferred. DO NOT CREATE A DUPLICATE PROFILE. If you have multiple profiles in the system, contact beau@cscommunicators.com to have them merged into one historical record.
- If you are a custodian, you are encouraged to update your staff in the system prior to the start of the academic year and as needed throughout the year to ensure all members receive regular communications from CSC regarding member benefits, upcoming events, Academic All-America deadlines and other important information.
- During your CSC membership purchase, optional memberships may also be purchased for 2ySIDA ($25), NAIA-SIDA ($50) and EAST-COMM ($75) by selecting the desired checkboxes. CSC will deliver these optional membership funds to the corresponding organizations. These memberships are completely separate from CSC membership and questions about them should be directed to those organizations.
2025-26 Membership Pricing
The chart below shows membership purchase options for 2025-26. In the table below, the first number is the early bird rates (lowest pricing) available Aug. 1 - Sept. 30. The second number is the regular rate effective Oct. 1.
The highlighted orange column below is the "All-In" membership option which includes unlimited memberships for individuals at schools and conferences. There will be one person at each school or conference designated as the account custodian. For the All-In option, that person can add an unlimited number of individuals to the account throughout the length of the membership, which expires on July 31 each year. To nominate and vote in the Academic All-America® program, you must be either part of an "All-In Membership" or an "Individual".
For those who don't fit into the "All-In" model, individual rates are available. Your membership is NOT activated until payment is received.

Advocate memberships in 2026-27 will be $135 for an Individual or $250 for an All-In group. Undergraduate membership will be $40.
