Take some time to watch and listen the on-demand webinar from March 26th with sports psychologist (and 2019 CoSIDA Convention presenter) Dr. Jarrod Spencer as he discussed dealing with anxiety and uncertainly in our COVID-19 environment and how you can manage your anxieties and concerns. The webinar was hosted by Trip Durham of 2DConsulting, LLC. Numerous questions from the attendees also were addressed. Among the topics covered:
- How DO we deal with our new unknowns and the anxieties creeping into our everyday lives?
- Dr. Spencer offered advice on how best to work in isolation; the extreme importance of sleep and your toil bad sleep habits has on your immunity system and psychological outlook; how to work through your own fears; adjusting to being at home with your family or adjusting to being alone; fighting feels of depression; the importance of healthy eating and setting up a routine of exercise.
