- Allen spoke on crisis communications scenario and response surrounding the Mankato football program a few
years ago, involving accusations against the head coach, his subsequent firing and his re-hiring with the next two years; - Blascovich discussed his experience publicizing and working with a transgender student-athlete;
- Teuscher was moderator and also spoke about building a crisis communications plan following the death of a student-athlete and the aftermath of that crisis situation;
