Note to NCAA Division II CoSIDA members:

Voting on the Gene Upshaw Division II Lineman of the Year National Ballot is now open and will close on Monday, Dec. 9 at 6 p.m. ET.

The finalists are: Darius Allen (Colorado State-Pueblo), Matt Armstrong (Grand Valley State), Blake Baker (Lenoir-Rhyne), Brian Clarke (Bloomsburg), Troy Harris (Mars Hill), Kelton Hays (Henderson State), Jake Metz (Shippensburg), Chris Schaudt (Minnesota State Mankato).

The winner of the Gene Upshaw Award receives an opportunity to play in the East/West Shrine Game in front of professional football coaches and scouts.

To vote:

3. Give your top selection a “1” and your second selection a “2,” etc…
4. Rank all eight candidates.
