It’s been a very difficult and challenging stretch for everyone working in college athletics, particularly for SIDs.

The topics covered:

• focusing only on the essentials
• hints to help you manage your time on task
• document your successes and special projects undertaken during the pandemic
• the importance on communications, making, and enforcing deadlines with staff members and coaches
• allowing yourself to plan times to recharge – and how to advocate for these recharges
• ideas for down time and “staycations”
• how to control what you can control when it comes to off-time work emails, texts and calls
