Topics discussed included the best ways to message all the changes/cancelations/adjustments to the athletic schedule, communicating with leaders, coaches and student-athletes, how to manage additional duties and responsibilities, most of the time with a limited and reduced staff; how to find additional personnel to staff events; and reminders to help ensure the sanity and wellness of sports information personnel.
